Synopsis

Wi-Lan is a girl born into a poor fisherman's family. She yearns to go to a particular, high-standard private high school. She is overjoyed when she receives her acceptance letter, but her happiness quickly turns to dismay when she gets teased and pranked, and becomes the laughter of the whole school for being the poorest kid there. However, the arrival of a new transfer student, San-Yue, soon brightens her days. He's so handsome that, along with all the other girls, Wi-Lan can't help but fall for him. But then, when she gathers up her courage and confesses to him, he runs off without saying anything…?! Apparently, he and his family are hiding a dark secret…
