Synopsis

The distant future. Phil returns to the city after a two-year absence to find that the crime arrest rate is 40%, and public safety has deteriorated. Phil saves a boy, a symbol of the city and a kind of privileged aristocrat, the city's official singer, and sets out to identify the culprit who attacked him. A science fiction work that depicts the anguish and conflicts of people living in the future.
