Note: The manga was originally titled "A Four-Panel Manga In Which A Certain WIXOSS Novice Player Draw A Four-Panel Manga From The Card He Brought From The Booster Packs" (あるウィクロス初心者がブースターパックを買って出たカードから4コママンガを描く4コママンガ) when it started serialized on CoroCoro Aniki magazine, before being renamed to the current name in late 2019 following the announcement of the first compiled volume release.
