Synopsis

Lassie is a 2-year-old Maltese. Her owner, Asuka, is a UFO catcher fanatic, and she went to the game center on her walk today. She was left behind with Lassie tied to a telephone pole. Then there is the shadow of a suspicious man holding a net. The man grabbed Lassie and took her to a pet shop where she was preparing to open. His name is Mankataro. He brings in, or rather steals, animals from all over the place and plans to open a pet shop called Mankado. And in ``Wankado'' there was another (?) mysterious being. Kame-chan is a mysterious turtle who can talk to humans and transform into various things!
