Synopsis

Atsuko Maenishi, a humble and earnest editor of educational books at a publishing company, is suddenly transferred one day to an editorial department handling an erotic gossip magazine, which is a different field from her own. Naturally, her work does not go well due to the unfamiliar environment and content, and to make matters worse, she encounters the scene of her fiancé's infidelity! The repeated shocks upset Atsuko, and she stumbles into a time slip to the town of "Edo" (Tokyo). Atsuko is perplexed, but for some reason, she is revered as a goddess and is forced to consult with the women of Edo, who are bound by rules and regulations, about their "sexual" problems! She also uses her knowledge of publishing to create a magazine filled with women's desires, and the magazine is an unexpectedly big hit.....?
