Synopsis

At the end of the Pacific War, the Japanese military was pushed back by the power of the US military and was in a difficult situation. As the war situation worsened, five Zero fighters of the Kamikaze Special Attack Unit, Kizakura Unit, led by Lieutenant Yamabuki, took off from the base to carry out a suicide attack on the US military task force... This is the passionate and fleeting story of the men who belonged to the special attack unit.
