Synopsis

Collection of five short stories depicting Nagasaki and Auschwitz during World War II, and the life of children living in Japan immediately after the defeat. Included Stories: 1. **Diabolic** (ディアボリク) 2. **Sensai Vagabond** (戦災バガボン Vagabond) "War Damage Vagabond" What will the cruel fate of Michi and his friends be, living as they do in the debris left by the war? 3. **Nenkorori** (ネンコロリ) 4. **Olanda-san** (オランダさん) "Mr. Holland" A semi fictitious oneshot by author Maruo Suehiro, intersecting the life of Polish Franciscan Friar missionary, Maximilian Kolbe (a real life historical person) and a young Japanese prior to the Nagasaki Bombing. 5. **Doutei Maria** (童貞マリア) "Maria Immaculata"
