Synopsis

One day, a boy named Kenichi Okada finds a trunk containing super clothes and a piece of paper that says ``Those who wear these clothes must fight against bad guys'' in front of his house. Kenichi, the boy wearing the super uniform, displayed strength that was unbelievable to an ordinary person, lifting a large truck, deflecting bullets, and using a radio gun to paralyze the villains. The Black Gang, an evil organization plotting to conquer the world, attacks Kenichi to steal his super clothes, but Kenichi, who calls himself Hurricane Boy, bravely fights them!
