Synopsis

A lone man in a certain town... In a drizzling neon town, wearing a trench coat and a soft hat, the mood is hard-boiled! The man's name is Tosaemon Kounotori. Tosaemon receives a job request from a certain person and visits Momoyuri Girls' Academy, which is rumored to have stimulants. He arrives and throws the hat on the coat rack but removes it before hearing from the client.
