Synopsis

The time is the Warring States period. Kyushu's Sengoku daimyo, Ashigaru Yahachi of Ryuzoji, is a rice serving samurai who wears an iron pot instead of his helmet. Because he is a battlefield cook, of course he procures ingredients locally!! Based on the belief that "rice makes people", he creates dishes that bring out the best in people, Sengoku Gourmet Risshiden!!
