Synopsis

Light novel author Minato Furuhashi's debut work, "The Sun Goddess Only Shows Affection to Me" (commonly known as "OreDere"), was a huge hit and even got an anime adaptation. However, his subsequent works haven't sold well, and he's been making a living by teaching writing to aspiring writers at a city cultural center. Then, his former student from university, Kanade Otonari, who served as the model for the main heroine of "OreDere," moves into the apartment next door!? Furuhashi tries to keep his distance so that Kanade doesn't find out that he used her as a model without her permission... But the relentless advances of his zero-distance neighbor are unstoppable!?
