Synopsis

With 1 million boy modelers and 200 plastic model contests held each year, the world is truly in the Plastic Model Warring States period. The All Japan Plamo Federation holds a national competition "3D Championship" in which boys and girls modelers compete for diorama production skills with a prescribed kit within a time limit. Daisaku Kido and the youngest participating team, the Blue Stars, aim to become the best modeler in Japan at the Koshien Stadium , the venue for the national tournament, while surviving fierce battles with powerful modelers lined up.
