Synopsis

In the city of Ishtar, where humans rule and semi-human demons called Karats are segregated and oppressed, we follow the human doctor Senri Aokideso as he realizes the Karats' plight, and Kiharu Ekuri, the last survivor of the Alpha lycans who meets with a psychic girl called Miru.
