Synopsis

This hard-boiled action film follows the exploits of detective Soga Kenji, an elite career detective nicknamed "The Great Horse" who takes on violent criminals on the scene. A mysterious man corners a fleeing bank robber in his beloved Ferrari, fires a gun at him, and pushes him into the sea. This mysterious man is none other than Soga Kenji, an elite career detective who has just returned from New York, but is now assigned to the Okonomiyaki as a mere lieutenant. Soga is tasked with investigating a gun smuggling case...!?
