Synopsis

Venice, 17th century. Safinia lives a simple and happy life with her father, a renowned artisan and his apprentice Angelo. Everything changes when a man named Ricardo Carrá comes looking for her saying the rich Poliziano family wants her as a companion for a lady of "weak constitution". However there's more to it than it seems and after her refusal, her father is mysteriously accused of robbery…
