Synopsis

Best-selling author Eiichiro Mishima is also a master golfer. On the day he departs for St. Andrews, the holy land of golf, an editor from his publishing company finds a worn-out, nearly unusable 7-iron in his luggage. He tries to repair it, but Eiichiro brushes him off. As he drives to the airport, Eiichiro is reminded of his father in his later years. His father was an eccentric man who, in his old age, got a motorcycle license, attended dance classes, and tried golf, something he had never played before. However, Eiichiro respects his father and, to fulfill his father's wishes, takes his father's 7-iron to St. Andrews...
